Minimum Project Requirement
Please note that our minimum project cost is $3,500, which covers one full truckload of asphalt processed through our paving machine. Projects requiring less material are still subject to this minimum.
Please note that the pricing ranges shown above are general estimates. Final project pricing may vary based on specific site conditions, including but not limited to:
Asphalt Thickness
Thicker asphalt may be required for heavier use or increased durability, affecting material and labor costs.
Gravel Base Condition & Preparation
Additional gravel, grading, or compaction may be necessary if the existing base is unstable or uneven.
Terrain & Accessibility
Sloped terrain, limited access, or job-site obstacles can require additional time, labor, or equipment.
Distance to the Asphalt Plant
Longer haul distances increase trucking time and fuel costs.
Trucking Requirements
Multiple truckloads, delivery wait times, or staged deliveries may impact pricing.
Mobilization Costs
Equipment setup, crew travel, and site preparation vary by project size and location.
